Pilates with Angie is the only exercise I have stuck with more than a few months. I have been with Angie since she started her business many years ago and I still feel the burn every time I go! A physical therapist once asked me if I am a gymnist (haha) because of my flexabliity. I owe it all to Angie for being a great instructor and making me feel welcome and comfortable!! A bonus to the exercise is the great friendships developed with classmates.

I love fitting Pilates in when my schedule allows it! Angie is a great motivator the entire 30 minutes, which always helps! Thanks, Angie!

I LOVE going to Angie's! I've been going approximately 7 years and I never thought I'd be so addicted to a workout. When I don't make it as often as I want, my body actually craves Pilates (my mind too) Love the friendships that I've made too:) THANKS ANG!!!!

Angie's Pilates is a wonderful workout. A year and a half after a hip replacement, I was ready for some help with strengthening my core to relieve back pain and it has helped me tremendously! It is a fun workout and all the "girls" (all ages) make it even more enjoyable. The half hour just flies by! Angie's great attitude makes you feel welcome and relaxed at the first workout.

I love pilates. It's a great way to relax and get lean. I've been going to Angie for 6 years. Pilates will be an exercise, I will more than likely continue throughout my life. I highly recommend it!
